How it works
Three simple steps.
You stay in control.
Handled personally from start to finish, with nothing for your team to learn.
Tell us what you have
A short form about your company and the kinds of records you keep. Just a description, no files.
We get you an offer
We match your records with companies that need real-world business data and bring you a proposal in plain English.
You get paid
If the terms work for you, we sign an agreement, prepare the records together, and you're paid as agreed.
What we look for
The records you already keep.
If your team has done the work for years, the paper trail likely has value.
Project files
Bids, schedules, change orders, closeout packages.
Drawings, CAD & BIM
Plans, models, markups, and as-builts.
RFIs & submittals
The back-and-forth that shows how problems get solved.
SOPs & manuals
How your company actually does the work.
Workflow records
Work orders, tickets, inspections, dispatch logs.
Internal documents
Reports, checklists, templates, training material.
What buyers look for
What makes records valuable.
Not every archive is the same. These are the qualities AI developers tend to care about most.
Real work, done by real people
Records created in the normal course of business, not made up for the purpose.
Depth over time
Several years of records show how work changes from job to job.
The full story
Questions, decisions, revisions, and outcomes, not just the final document.
Consistent organization
Files kept in common systems with recognizable folder structures.
Clear ownership
Records your company created and has the right to share.
Room to de-identify
Material where names and sensitive details can be removed or masked.
Not sure how your records stack up? That's what the free valuation is for.

Trust & privacy
Your records reflect your clients, your people, and your name.
We treat them that way. Here is what you can count on.
You choose what to share
Nothing is included unless you approve it. Leave out any client, project, or folder, for any reason.
Sensitive information is addressed
De-identification is part of the process. We work with you to identify names, contact details, and other sensitive information and address them as records are prepared.
Nothing moves without a signed agreement
No files change hands until both sides sign a written agreement that spells out what's shared and how it may be used.
FAQ
Questions owners ask us
What is this, in plain terms?+
Companies building AI tools need real examples of how work gets done in industries like construction, engineering, and field services. Your records are exactly that. We find the right buyer, negotiate the terms, and handle the preparation, and you're paid for access to records you already keep.
Who are the buyers?+
Mostly technology companies developing AI software for specific industries. We don't name buyers publicly. Before anything is signed, we'll explain how your data will be used and what protections apply.
How much is my data worth?+
It depends on your industry, the kinds of records, how many years they cover, and how they're organized. After a short conversation we'll give you an honest read. We won't quote numbers before we understand what you have, and we can't promise any particular amount.
Do I have to send files to find out?+
No. To start, we only need a description. Files are prepared only after you've reviewed and signed a written agreement.
Will my clients or employees be identifiable?+
Sensitive information is addressed through de-identification as part of the process, and the signed agreement sets out how records may be used. No process is perfect, so we'll walk you through how it works for your records, and you can exclude anything you're not comfortable with.
What if some records belong to my clients?+
Tell us in the form. Some records may be yours to share and some may not, depending on your contracts. We'll help sort that out and only include what you have the right to share.
Do I give up my records?+
No. You keep your originals and keep running your business exactly as before. Whether you're selling copies or licensing access, the agreement will say so in plain terms.
Is there any cost or obligation?+
No. Finding out what your records may be worth costs nothing, and you can walk away at any point before signing.
How much of my team's time will it take?+
Very little. Typically a call or two and some help pointing us to the right folders. We do the organizing and preparation.
